RT05 Romanesque itinerary

Itinerary in the Tuscan heritage of Romanesque religious architecture For information on the accessibility of this itinerary it is suggested to refer to the descriptions of individual points of interest.
Itinerary in the Tuscan heritage of 11th-13th century Romanesque-style religious architecture, consisting of collegiate and cathedrals, but also of a very rich minor Romanesque heritage, such as parish churches, monasteries, churches, abbeys and hermitages in not only urban but also rural and peripheral areas. This heritage, the work of craftsmen from western Tuscany, was subject to influences from Sardinia, Liguria, Corsica and PACA on the basis of the ancient institutional links between areas, the increase of commercial exchanges, and not only of goods and artefacts but also of men and artistic technologies. For information on the accessibility of this itinerary it is suggested to refer to the descriptions of individual points of interest.
