LU35 Don Luigi Pellegrini Provincial Ethnographic Museum - San Pellegrino in Alpe

The 'Museo Etnografico Provinciale Don Luigi Pellegrini' is one of the most important collections of objects of material culture in central Italy, created through the constant and extensive efforts of Don Luigi Pellegrini, parish priest of San Pellegrino from 1948 to 1990 and from 1964 also of the nearby village of Chiozza, with the aim of bearing witness to features that have now almost completely disappeared of the rural civilisation of the Serchio Valley and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
