The parish church of Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul, probably built at the beginning of the 17th century, is classified as a Historic Monument.

The church has a basilica plan and consists of a central nave, flanked by two aisles, each with four side altars. The chancel ends in a flat chevet. The façade, in baroque style, has a main entrance in the centre and two side entrances, each topped by an oblong window. There are niches for the statues of the patron saints. This parish church, mentioned in the report of the pastoral visit made in 1646 by Bishop Marliani of Mariana and Accia, was probably built at the beginning of the 17th century. It was enlarged in 1766 according to the plans of the architect Frediani of A Penta di Casinca. The present bell tower was built in 1929, following the collapse of the old one, built at the end of the 19th century, which, at 56 metres high, was the highest in Corsica. Only the first level of the old bell tower remains, and it serves as the town's war memorial. Inside the building, one can see the Virgin with grapes offered by the emperor Napoleon III, the stucco decorations, the remarkable preaching pulpit (decorated with stucco decorations in low and high relief, supported by a fabulous being, half angel, half triton) and all the altars, in Rococo style, made between 1766 and 1770 by the Ligurian stucco artist Angelo Cagliata. This maestro and his team were very active in Corsica until the end of the 18th century, particularly in Castagniccia and Balagne. Finally, we find the painting on the high altar Christ on the Cross adored by the apostles Peter and Paul, attributed to two painters of the 18th century Corsican school.
